Great housing at the University of Illinois in Urbana: locally owned an operated campus apartments.  Most have off-street parking, laundries, and cable connections. They range from ground level efficiencies to various one-bedrooms to several really nice two-bedrooms with hardwood floors and french-doors to the sun-rooms.

My father, Frederick Ernst Deppe, was a skilled craftsman who opened his own shop back in 1950.  I take personal pride in maintaining that tradition of quality.  I do my own maintenance and leasing work.  All apartments are unique and old fashioned, with upgraded kitchens and baths. Sorry no smoking and no pets, but Cafe Paradiso is around the corner.
